  If you are looking for an Urgent Care, this IS NOT your place. The experience with this facility was horrible. The Nurse who I saw was incredibly rude during the visit. None of the medical staff had a sense of caring at all for the patients. They were all very cold & short and just seemed to be in a hurry, or couldn't be bothered. They kept me waiting in the treatment room for a good while, but I could hear the nurses having personal conversations at the desk while they kept all of the patients waiting. The only friendly person was the girl at the front desk. Then when I got my bill, they found some nice loophole in the billing code where you pay from your deductible, instead of just a copay. They charge you as an outpatient from Mountain View instead of just as a clinic visit. So what should cost $30, instead costs a lot more. Not only was this visit atrocious, but now I have to pay an arm & leg for terrible service. AWFUL. Do yourself a favor & find a different Urgent Care.
