- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a bad experience with office staff: non communicative with me and amongst themselves, apparently; not responsive or professional in the case of the person who was supposed to schedule my procedure. I can typically be very understanding and tolerant but when pain is an important factor it was not handled with consideration and was given the runaround.
