- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This Las Cruces office has been servicing me, including cars and home for 7 years. I have always gotten very good and service from their office and for all claims. AAA towing is indeed another beast and hasn't got a lot to do with AAA itself, as it is all dependent upon the servicer. I have had AAA road service for 30 years and it has only been in New Mexico that I have had crap service, so I blame the towing companies here rather than AAA. They don't have a lot of choice. As I have had plenty of bad experiences here the AAA district manager comped me a year. That said, my last experience I was taken care of in 10 minutes. There is no competitor out there that offers anything better than they do, I have looked.March 23, 2017by Bill
