- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪AVIOD BY ALL MEANS!!! My mother who has been suffering from chronic pain decided to go see Dr Estrada and his team to figure out what exactly was going on. She had blood work and X-rays done before her second visit, which was expensive and painful. They kept pushing back her appointment, eventually when she finally got in they informed her that they lost all her results and wanted her to redo everything at her expense. I understand if results got lost across different doctors but everything was done at Rio Grande Medical in the exact same building the doctor is located in. The nurse was very rude to my mother after she began to question how this could have happened. Instead of resolving the problem they just gave her multiple prescriptions for pain killers. I’m not trying to put down Dr Estrada, he’s a kind doctor, just wish he wasn’t working with Rio Grande Medical Group.November 08, 2017by Amanda Rivas
